Donations 

• Donations made through our website are generally non-refundable, as they are used immediately for charitable activities.
• However, in case of duplicate transactions or technical errors, refunds may be considered.
  
  

Refund Requests 

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the donation date by contacting us with:

• Transaction ID
• Donation amount
• Reason for refund

Cancellation
